Urban Food Group Gives Back
As a small North Carolina based business, Urban Food Group strives to give back to the local community that has shown us so much love and support over the past two decades.
We are honored to be a woman-owned business that has the ability to support the efforts of the communities that have given so much to us. Types of donations include:
- Gift Cards
- Food Donations
- Spirit Nights – we donate a percentage to your school and/or group
- Sponsorship/Ad Placement
In our efforts to ensure that we are appropriately reviewing donation requests, we ask that you read our donation guidelines process. We hope these guidelines answer any questions about our donation process as you plan your fundraising efforts.
Donation Request Guidelines
- All donation requests must fill out the submission form for consideration. Though we appreciate the effort of our patrons inquiring while dining, or requestors stopping by the restaurant to personally drop off a letter, for efficiency, we ask that all requests be submitted via the online submission form.
- We also ask that you take the time to appropriately fill in the all the requested fields in the submission form. These donations are not free to us, nor is our time to review, so we ask that you make the effort to gather all the correct information at the time of submission.
- Organizations in and around our restaurants, and those supported by frequent guests, will get first priority. We also try to help schools, PTAs, community-based organizations, and non-profit organizations first. As you can imagine based on the number of public, charter and private schools of all grade levels in our communities, the request can be overwhelming, and we are unable to fulfill all education-oriented requests.
Please fill out the form below for your donation requests. Due to the enormous amount of requests we receive, please understand it takes time to review all of them. We also often receive multiple requests for the same event, missing information, etc., so reviewing requests can sometimes be a cumbersome process. Therefore, all submissions are reviewed on a monthly basis.
We will do our best to get back to you within 30 days with an answer.
